Literally every time I've planned to go into this place for service or parts, a very suspicious person (probably on drugs) is messing around on their property or in their trashcans, which is right next to their front door. So rather than bring my family around these issues, I called to do business with them over the phone and order replacement parts for my Clothes dryer. They are literally never concerned about the people on their property, and they told me that the part I needed is in the medford warehouse, and they only bring parts to Grants pass about once a week, and I could not pick it up myself. They gave me a price and told me to come back next week. Literally all of their electronics and appliances are outside uncovered in a gravel lot during thunderstorms, so I decided to look elsewhere, and found the part I needed online for 2/3 the price and had it delivered in 3 days. I have no idea how this place stays open with such a nice and expensive location, with the customer service they provide.

I would give this place a five-star review. At least as far as the repair went on my dryer. However when I called and asked about the repair service I was quoted that it would be an 85.00 service charge and if they repaired it after diagnosing it the 85.00 would go towards the repair cost. This was not a misunderstanding or anything like that! When I called the store back to ask about this they said they apologized for the misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding here. When I spoke to the guy on the phone I repeated exactly what the guy had said in my wife thought it was great and then I repeated back to the guy exactly what he said. 85.00 for the Diagnostics and that 85.00 would go towards the repair. Well after getting the bill I noticed that the 85.00 did not go towards the repair. When I called I was informed that I probably spoke to somebody else and this guy apologized for any misunderstanding. Again I repeat, there was no misunderstanding here. I was told what I was told and it was not a misunderstanding it was a lie! And because of this I would never do business with this place again. One star for lying!

Bought a brand new GE washer and dryer set. Was under warranty and the dryer failed. Waited 4 months with an old loaner. They brought it back saying it was fixed the dryer would keep running with the door open. Only did one load of laundry and it won't work. Now the dryer won't start says the door is open. Now we get to figure out how to dry the load we just washed. Spent almost $4000 on the set and I still haven't even unboxed the washer. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. They never even contacted me while having my dryer. I had to call several times over the months that they had it to get updates. They kept telling me the part was on order. I am guessing they just bypassed the part. Now I am stuck with a broken dryer. Guess we will see if they make it right. This is the first and last time I ever buy a GE anything.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. My dryer was working, but making a very loud banging noise. I came by to buy something used and saw the repair sign. I was able to bring my dryer down and the repair man Mike had it fixed in 1 day! He was super polite and my dryer is purring. So happy I saved my money and had it repaired, and he even gave me all the change he found inside 🤪Thanks Mike! And the gentleman working up front loaded it back into my truck when I came to pick it up too! Awesome customer service!

Many years ago, close to thanksgiving my refrigerator quit working. In a haste I bought a used one from Active. Probably 7 years later it’s still working with no problems. So naturally I went to them straightaway when our washing machine broke. Awesome experience. Had a little issue but with a generous 6 month warranty they did the best and even more than could be expected. After a slight delay waiting on a part the machine was brought back. Something may have happened in transport but it still wasn’t working. Elijah contacted me with a time he would arrive on Monday. Much to our surprise he showed up with a upgraded replacement. No charge. These guys stand behind their work and are true to their word. Great experience. Friendly and helpful. Very refreshing in this dog ear dog world we live in.
