Nielsen Appliance

I called Erik Nielsen about water that had begun to leak from our ice dispenser on the newish Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. It had only recently started leaking a few weeks earlier. Erik suggested that I remove the water filter and put it back in. I told him that’s ridiculous; the filter was less than a couple of months old, and the leak had only just started. Besides, how would the water supply affect the seal for dispensing of the ice? He explained that air can get into the water line from the filter placement and is known to cause this problem. To prove him wrong, I went ahead and did what he told me to do, documenting my steps to failure. This proved Erik right. The leak has stopped. All is well. There was no need for a service call or any repairs or replacement to anything other than my pride. I trust Erik and will trust him from now on. We’ll shop there for any new appliances in the future.

I had problems with my washer so I called Nielsen Appliance. They were able to schedule an appointment within the week. When the repairman came out, the washer worked perfectly, so he ran some tests and found a part that was going out and replaced it. He was very friendly and efficient. I've bought three major appliances from Nielsen in the past, and I've always received excellent service. I highly recommend it.
