I’m very disappointed with this company. The first thing that happened is I bought a microwave and a freezer from them. They were to deliver the microwave within three weeks and a month passed by and they never called me after several phone calls and telling them that I wanted my money back if they weren’t going to deliver, they delivered the appliances. The microwave was installed over the stove. One of the screws is halfway out and the microwave is not even. I’ve called several times. I was assured they would come. They’ve never shown up. Today I called again and they told me for certain they would come to fix the microwave And they never showed up again. I will not do business with this company or buy any of their products again. I suggest people stay away from this company.

I had a melt down when my washing machine went out that was a connected stacked dryer too and it was a crack and water leaking. Within less than 48 hours The Competition was there with a used working set that looked so beautiful and helped me out in so many ways! Using local is always the best, Jacob was so reassuring at every step of the way and the 2 delivery guys were so nice, clean and did a great job taking it up the stairs! They even removed my old stacked machine and took it away. Definitely recommend over and over!

Edit 02-15-23: What a difference a year makes. The igniter has gone out in the oven. We are WAITING and WAITING for this seller to order the replacement part. Its been 2 weeks. We keep calling the store, getting excuses and NO results and NO return phone call when promised. Can NOT get another repair company to come out because they have not heard of Olympic Appliance brand and are unsure if they can get parts. All this after the dishwasher we purchased at the same time, leaked as soon as installed. Jacob attempted a few repairs then just quit returning our calls. So disappointing. We prefer to support small business and shop local. This time it's really bit us in the buttocks. Excellent customer service. Excellent appliances. Do yourself a big favor and check out this family owned and run store. I am LOVING my Olympic 36 inch gas range! It is amazing.

Had a terrible experience with owner and company. Check your ‘guaranteed manufacturer warranty’ before buying. I was sold something LG said is out of warranty. Spent $1300 on a washer dryer that never successfully ran one load. Talked to multiple employees and eventually owner Mike, gave them full rundown and two months to correct the issue, partial refund, store credit…anything to show they take blame in selling first a product without a true warranty and second a product that never worked. Had two other appliance companies confirm it was beyond repair. Fellow business owner here…No excuses for the lack of care and empty promises that they’re ‘looking into it’ and will get back to you, they won’t. Hopefully you’ll learn from my mistake and seek out a reputable seller who knows how to run a business
