As a property manager, I have bought quite a few appliances from J & S Appliance, and have used their repair services many times. Their prices are competitive, and their customer service is unbeatable. Nowadays, it's almost unimaginable to call a place and talk to people who already know you and know what's going on with your order. So this place is very refreshing! Their installers are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

J&S is great. Wonderful service. 5 stars. I would HIGHLY recommend J&S! But I need to engage in a Public Service Announcement regarding GE Profile 2:1 Washer/Dryer Combos. I would encourage J&S to drop this product line. They are absolutely horrible. After 18 months of usage (couple, no kids, no pets), it takes at LEAST 4 hours for a load to complete. Even then, the dryer just keeps reading 'load sensing' for another hour or two. Avoid GE's Profile 2:1 Washer/Dryer. You'll thank me. They are absolute garbage. If you search YouTube, you'll find a 20-minute video in which a technician completely takes it apart to show EXACTLY where all the points of failure are.

Just had the occassion to reconnect with Paul and Michelle (whom I have known for over 30 /40 years). I would recommend shopping local NO AMAZON NO PORTLAND TRIPS JUST SHOP WITH J&S . I watched Pauls parents grow this business from the 90s. Pauls parents often came into the Big Chain grocery variety store I worked for in Warrenton....Paul and Michelle also came into the store. Most pleasant decent wonderful local family. keep it local shop J&S !!
