I buy all of my appliances at Hometown. Their installers and repair people are polite and do a great job. Their sales people are informative and not pushy. I used to buy at a store everyone would know but had several subpar experiences with them. Hometown is just what it sounds like- a good locally owned and operated business that cares about their customers.

First of all, you can't fake being a good and respected business. People will eventually see through the lies and false advertising, and dump you in a heartbeat. The folks at hometown appliance genuinely care for their customers. They will never try to hard sell you anything. Tiffany was just great this morning. Our dryer was laid to rest and we had two loads of wet laundry. Tiffany showed us what we had seen online, then told us there was nothing wrong with the cheaper unit, then saved us a bit more because it was a dinged model. We are already asking her questions about new stoves. We will absolutely return again in the near future. Don't ever change!

When I went to look at washers at Hometown, I all ready knew what I needed for my restricted area. Robert talked with me about this particular washer and answered all of my concerns that Home Depot nor Lowe's was able to do. (No customer service nor knowledgeable sales people at those two places) I bought and ordered the washer on 3/30/2026. Washer was installed on 4/3/2026. The installers were very pleasant and professional. I have used the washer 8 times and am loving it! The experience with HOMETOWN was fabulous! Love the idea that they have employees that have been with them for a long time and are knowledgeable.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed without any pressure. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality appliances and honest, friendly service!

We replaced all of our kitchen appliances and I am very pleased with the help we received at Hometown Brand Center. Tiffany is so knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for and then showed us a few options. Her recommendations made it so easy. Installation was flawless, very nice and cleaned up after.
