we purchased a new frig from Don's. the delivery and installation team led by rafael were great. they were very careful in removing the old unit and installing the new unit. they took pictures of each step along the way. everything was handled very professionally and they were very polite. based on our experience from the sale to the final installation process I would highly recommend Don"s. Don's Appliances is a great resource when your refrigerator fails and you need a quick purchase/delivery of a new one. We had an excellent experience working with Nick Davidson in the Canonsburg, PA location. Nick helped confirm the correct size and identified what would work in terms of space and our style preferences. We ordered on the spot, and were scheduled for next day delivery. Arial and his partner, the installers, as well as the home location, kept us informed real time for arrival time; the installers' skill and expertise in installing and removing the refrigerators was top notch, they were so careful of our house and avoiding any problems in moving in and out. Highly recommend Don's Appliance.

This is our second time using dons appliances for a dishwasher and they are fantastic! Bill helped us in store to find the best fit for us and even went as far as showing us refrigerators because we mentioned we will be back in a few years for one of those next! The installation was SO quick and the guys were so nice and professional! We will never use anyone but dons for our home appliances

Ordering is always seamless at Dons Appliances. Delivery was quick and my stove was delivered the next business day. My delivery crew was respectful and considerate. They kept the house clean and very efficiently installed my stove and carted away the old one. I highly recommend them. I will continue to order all my appliances here.
