Down to earth, gentleman who helped us purchase a new washer. No sales pressure, just good explanations. No pressure to purchase, box store trying to sell, bells, bangs,and whistles with their appliances. Had to purchase 3 year warranty in box store, warranty included at Smith's Appliances. Shop here great service and didn't have to wait a week plus for delivery!!

This was our first time working with Smith Appliance. We were extremely satisfied. Our washer was purchased there by my mother in law who was living with us until she recently passed. We called them with not a lot of information and our washed stopped working. They answered immediately, scheduled an appointment for the next day and fixed everything on the spot with very little cost. Very impressed with them and would highly recommend them.

I have used Smiths Appliance many times over the years and probably should have written this review a long time ago. When I need to purchase new appliances I can simply call with a description of what I am looking for and the knowledgeable staff quickly presents me with options and costs. When repairs are needed they are always able to provide a solution. The other thing I love about Smiths is they provide fair prices and are always honest. When you have appliance needs this is the place to go!

Love this shop! Everyone is super friendly and they know their appliance details. I have had wonderful experiences when placing service calls. The tech always calls to let me know when they are on their way and when they will arrive. I had a call today for my washing machine and they showed me how to properly disassemble for cleaning and what to do to proactively eliminate odors. Such a better experience than dealing with other retailers. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you for being a reliable shop and servicer!!

Fantastic! We had previously shopped for a new gas range at 2 big box stores. We decided to try Smith's. They didn't have a scratched/dented range we wanted so we looked at new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was comparable to big box stores. Conversion to propane, delivery, and haul away were much less expensive! They apologized because it would take almost a week for delivery and installation. The box stores were almost 3 weeks! Delivery was on time and men were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased. Range is great and they will service it if needed.
