I have a kenmore 600 series washer and dryer I purchased 20 years ago did my best to keep them running I thought my washer was done for it wasn’t going through the spin cycle and when I was doing loads I would open the lid and clothes were spun but still too wet to dry started occasionally then got worse I’d have to put my palm on the side of the basket and spin it till it locked in and it would then go through the spin cycle I knew this was not right but worked till I could get into it eventually it wouldn’t lock in, when I got into it after doing some research online, thought it might be the motor coupler I went to “all appliance” on Friday after work this was after a phone call, a confident and friendly gentleman named Jim ensured me he had everything to get me back running! He did he has everything and all the knowledge as well! He took the time to talk me through the common issues and how my washer, that machine is made to last and gave me the motivation to get it done! I took my washer apart but it was more than just the motor coupler just like Jim said it may be, the next morning Saturday, I took my motor, transmission, water pump, agitator etc in, he again welcomed me in and offered his work station by the time I went back to my van for the other parts he already had the problem diagnosed not only was the motor coupler bad but also the clutch ring/pads and clutch assembly, also the “dogs” on my agitator were bad talked me through everything gave me the parts, the know how, and the confidence Jim said, “you can do this!” The parts were priced right and for under a 100 dollars my washer is running like it’s brand new! I’m a Life long Pittsburgher and when you go in to All Appliance you know you’re in good company and you feel at home! Thank you Jim I appreciate your help! My wife and I have 4 kids my washer and dryer work overtime and I may get another 20 years out of my kenmore 600! Unfortunately not the case with new appliances they aren’t built to last like the older ones, If you’re in Pittsburgh for work or live here and you need any parts for any Appliance and if you need help “All Appliance” is where you need to go Jim will get you running again. Thanks again!!

Needed a belt for a 40 year old washing machine. He measured and remeasured until he found the perfect match. Then he gave me practical and useful tips on replacing it. Belt went on easily, and the machine is working again. Old school customer service in these days is rare. Highly recommend!

Fantastic, old school high quality customer service. They can help you out of any jam with older appliances. If they don’t have a part in stock, they can get it for you quickly.
