Adam in Cranberry is my salesman and very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my concerns to determine which washer best suits my needs along with the price. He sold me my GE Cafe refrigerator and GE Cafe double over a few years ago . I knew he would advise and answer all concerns. Delivery was less than 48 hrs. The installers with very polite and extremely careful with the removal and installation of the new LG washer in a tight space. They made sure all was connected up properly along with a test run while showing me the different functions. Also answered all of my questions. Both were very kind. It works fantastic. Highly recommend Hillmans and the delivery was quick and professional installed.

Our experience at Don's Appliances was awesome. From selecting and ordering our Bosch dishwasher with Curt, to delivery and installation with Cullen and Don, the service was top notch! When you have a need for an appliance I highly recommend them. They are leaps and bounds above the big box stores when it comes to service and your total satisfaction.

We purchased our new DCS outdoor grill and cooktop from the Cranberry location, and had a great experience with our salesman, Adam. He was very helpful in finding us the exact replacements for our old units. Delivery only took 2 weeks, and the 3 gentleman who did the installation were really nice, thorough and professional. They arrived early, took away our old grill, and left everything neat and clean when they left. We’ll continue to shop at Hillmon as we have in the past. We’re ready for summer! Thanks!

We purchased a stove from Bruce about a year ago and love it. When our washer died, we thought of simply ordering one from Costco. Thankfully, we went and saw Bruce again. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, personable, and patient. The entire experience was fantastic. All features, as well as pros and cons of each appliance/manufacturer was explained thoroughly. No hard sell or upsell. We ended up purchasing a washer and dryer set and when we compared, we actually spent less than we would have at a big box store. We will never go anywhere but to Don's to see Bruce for all of our future appliance needs!
