Grand Central

Grand Central is my only stop for appliance. Every time I call, everyone is friendly and eager to help. They really understand the needs of property managers like me, providing practical advice tailored to my specific situation. They even service appliances which is a must for most of our situations. I was looking for several appliances to outfit a few units, and they had a wide selection to choose from. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable the team was about each product. They don’t just push the most expensive options; instead, they helped me find the best balance between quality and budget Delivery was quick and efficient, which is a necessity. Everything always arrives on time and in perfect condition. The installation team are all professional, ensuring everything was set up properly without any hassle on my end. I always have a smooth experience, and I would definitely recommend Grand Central to anyone looking for new appliances or services.

So, as embarrassing as my before photos are- that is how utterly brilliant the “after” is! Sam (designer), and Mark (contractor extraordinaire) can not be topped. Don’t take my word for it- see for yourselves. Sam will work feverishly to answer your every question, and always with a smile. In my humble opinion, you’ll never find a contractor who will go to such lengths to do the job correctly. He will absolutely treat your project as his own. (Mark, Sam is da best!)

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Samantha the designer made the entire process easy. She was very responsive to my million questions. Mark did and amazing job from the initial measurements to the installation of the faucet and garbage disposal. Broad mountain stone did an awesome job with the quarts countertops. Everyone involved in this process were very professional and extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend them for another project in my home.

When my husband and I went into Grand Central to get an idea for appliances for our kitchen and bathroom remodel we were pleasantly surprised to be introduced to Samantha Koester Design Consultant...who has a warm glow and sincerity about her in addition to a wealth of knowledge and experience in her profession. That very afternoon and hours of her help and guidance we were confident in our decision we chose the best place. The best was yet to come. Mark Bellizia was the contractor who is man who transformed our 42 year old kitchen and bathroom into our dream became reality plus!! Truly Mark is a good man in his work ethic, reliability, craftsmanship, and integrity. In addition to all of this was sharing humorous stories with us added laughter to our day. As each day passed he went above and beyond insuring our every need was met. In addition to Samantha only a phone call away at the store when we needed her assistance.
