So a very stressful situation was well managed by Gerhard's. I was away and came home to kitchen fridge which died. Going to the showroom and meeting with Tim was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and honest about the pros and cons of the units I was looking at. The one I picked out gave me all the things I needed in the space it needed to fit in. My kitchen is on the second floor of my townhouse. Again very worried about the team moving out the old and getting the new one in place. They were amazing. Professional, skilled, and efficient. They pre measured everything before moving anything and made a plan rather than just trying and troubleshooting along the way. They got the old one out and down the steps and the new one in up the steps without any wall or stair damage or harm to themselves in the tight spaces. Very impressed and very happy with the fridge I purchased, the price, and the delivery.

From purchase to delivery and installation of our new stove, the customer service experience was exceptional. The delivery was made on time with extra care and attention being careful to respect for our home. This is my forth purchase for a major appliance and in my opinion Gerhard’s is the place to go. Great experience at Gerhard’s Appliance in King of Prussia! The team was super helpful and patient while I compared different models, and they really knew their stuff when it came to features and installation. Pricing was fair, delivery was quick, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely my go-to spot for appliances.

My salesman Nick was so easy to work with. I only made one phone call to talk about Speed Queen quality and he explained what it offers and the warranty on the set. One hour later I drove in to meet him and purchased the set on the spot. He made me the priority even as the phone rang and other employees were working around the showroom. They let me feel and try the washer and dryer to be sure I like it. The delivery guys were also amazing and even felt bad that my set wouldn't fit. One complaint is the crazy phone system that uses a call bot to keep calling 6x trying to schedule my delivery that I already had an appointment for. They all seem very well versed in appliances. Luckily it was just a threshold strip that had to be removed and my new set is installed. 10/10 won't hesitate to go back next week for a dishwasher next. My washer and dryer are awesome!
