L H Brubaker Appliances and Water Treatment

We recently purchased a range, microwave and dishwasher from Brubakers in Lititz PA. Our sales person was Ian, and, he was wonderful. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable. He was spot on when everything would come in and delivered as promised. On day of delivery, we had Michael and Mason. They were amazing. They were careful bringing in the new appliances and taking out the old. They were prompt getting here, very polite and very conscientious. Brubaker's has a great team from point of sale to delivery. Thank you so much!! And, we love our appliances .

Peter Naymik was our sales person on a recent visit to LH Brubakers, Lancaster location. He was extremely knowledgeable on all 3 of the appliances we were interested in. Our purchase was as smooth as anyone could ask for. Peter made our visit pleasurable as he was equally personable as professional. A great experience, we bought all three appliances!

Last Monday I bought a Bosch Benchmark stove online from them. Arrived at the Strasburg store Tuesday morning at 9 AM to look at it since it was a floor model. I was informed by Kim that it had been “ bought” by someone else Monday evening. I asked her what they would do for me and she said that she could order me a lesser model for $2500 more. What!? Are you kidding me? The customer service is diabolical. No offer of compensation for selling my appliance out from under me. You have lost me as a customer permanently.

I tried to order this Combo through Lowe’s 2 times and each time they came out for delivery the team tried to say that it couldn’t be done. But the 2 people LH sent was fantastic they got it up the stairs which was not easy as the Unit was 300lbs and bulky! They did it in a timely manner, they were polite and knowledgeable and with no damage to the unit! We were very impressed with their service and how they explained the maintenance to keep our unit clean and running properly. Thank you we love our GE washer dryer combo
