I had a specific Miele dishwasher that I wanted to purchase and made an inquiry on their website about installation/delivery/haul-away fees, knowing that Miele dishwashers are the same price everywhere. Chris got back to me pretty quickly with a quote, their pricing for delivery/installation and haul-away was lower than all of the other area competitors and they use their own installers, so I took a chance. When the installers came, they pointed out that there was unfortunately a dent in the door panel from shipping damage. I was going to reject it, but then I asked if Kieffer's would just give me a new panel since they are replaceable. They called the store and they agreed, so we proceeded with the install. Leo the installer was very professional and very good about dealing with some unfortunate installation decisions the previous homeowners made while he attempted to haul away my old dishwasher. Within a few days, I got a call from Miele service and was able to get a panel replacement scheduled under warranty. Chris from Keiffer's also helped me with some extra documentation to submit my installation rebate directly to Miele. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service from purchase to installation and will use them again for my next appliance purchase. I have unfortunately had many poor experiences with other area appliance stores in the past where they are great in the showroom while making the sale, but leave you high and dry for any future issues after they get your money. Kieffer's did everything right and followed through to resolve my issues.

Let’s face it. Buying new appliances isn’t always fun. I chose Kieffer’s because I wanted specialists that have their own dedicated install team. Walking into their beautiful showroom I felt way out of my league. I needed a new washer and dryer. Simple task right?!?! Reading reviews for a few days online I was overwhelmed. I’m a blue collar family man that needs reliable appliances. Connie greeted me and I told her what I needed and the space I had to work with. No pressure at all. Gave me options! Said to sleep on it! Called back the next morning and placed my order. She’s amazing! The install guys came and were clean and professional. Even taught me a few tricks! I cannot recommend Kieffer’s enough! Thank you! If you want old-fashioned quality service where you can actually speak to a person go to Keifers Appliance. From their sales staff (Pat and Lee) Stacy who sets up the deliveries to their professional polite and knowledgeable installation crew (Antonio, Mike and Gio) All companies are great when everything goes perfectly. I want a company who stands behind you no matter what happens. I just found out they service South Jersey so I will be ordering appliances for my Shore house too.

I went to Kieffer's because I wanted a quality experience and professionalism. That is What I got. Conal helped me pick out a quality unit that met all of our wants and needs. Then they gave me a delivery date. A few days before the delivery they gave me a delivery window. They arrived at the beginning of the window. Leo, our installer and his helper were very professional. My old dishwasher was installed crooked and the hoses and wires were also run incorrectly. Not only that but because it was crooked the cabinet door next to the dishwasher did not open fully because it was rubbing against the crooked dish washer. Leo explained the issues to me and corrected them. Now we have a nice looking installed correctly dishwasher and more room under the sink because Leo ran the hoses correctly. The cabinet doors open and close correctly now too. They also took away our old dishwasher. Thanks guys! We will be getting all of our appliances here from now on. I highly recommend Kieffer's because they have given us the best service so far out of all the placed we have tried.
