Neal is a major assets to your team. Hands down the BEST salesman we have ever delt with. This was our second time purchasing from Neal. We finished out our kitchen with GE Profile. This time was a Fridge and a Gas Stove. Neal went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Even communicated with us on his day off. Edwin and his team delivered the fridge and Stove to us today and they were AMAZING. So thorough and professional. The install was perfect and Edwin took the time to make sure he showed us how everything works. If we purchase appliances in the future I hope Edwin and his team are the installers again. I highly recommend D&K, better prices than the big box stores and you wouldn't get this same level of Customer service and Install professionalism, from those big box stores. I made that mistake once and never again.

I ment to do the weeks ago! D&K did an amazing job especially, the delivery guys who felt bad I needed a long plug and the store wasn’t open unfortunately I didn’t get their names. Then the next day Arron (or Eric) I am the worst name came and he is dryer vent guy and checked that as well. He didn’t seem comfortable leaving without nowing a professional looked at it to avoid the incident that caused me to require a new dryer. He was so nice, and I will be calling him next Feb to have the vent cleaned out ! Thanks guys.

I just had a Speed Queen dryer delivered. Daniel Pinto and Edwin Peña delivered and installed the dryer. They were very quick and accommodating. This is the second appliance I purchased through D&k. I would highly recommend this Appliance store

Purchased a new washer and dryer for a rental property. First class experience the whole way through. Ashley worked with me to find the best washer and dryer for this unit. After a small hiccup with the first delivery, Ashley connected me with the operations team where they went above and beyond to troubleshoot this somewhat challenging delivery. With a new delivery date, Phil and Justin arrive battling the snow filled streets. Phil and Justin were very professional during this delivery and provided top notch service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service overall, but this delivery team was great! I’ll continue to purchase my appliances at D&K!
