These are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re in need of a good dose of emotional abuse & being talked down to like you’re a complete idiot because you don’t have the correct serial number for a part, stop in. I will NEVER give them my business & will tell others to do the same. Two words for you incredibly horrible people: Customer Service.

We use this vendor often, and they are always on point! Extremely reliable, transparent, and easy to work with. They carry a wide variety of parts, and if there’s ever something you can’t find, they’ll go the extra mile to track it down for you. I’ve never had any issues with their service. Rebecca is our rep and she’s absolutely amazing — shout out to her for always being responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this team.

The sales people in Norristown lady and older gentleman most cold ignorant people i ever experienced ill never buy a part from your place again that guy needs people skills! And the cockyness the lady expressed was repulsive! Had to go to Lancaster for a stupid dryer door switch but at least they were there to help thanks for the horrible experience!

Rude customer service. Female forgot I was there to purchase a part and treated me like I was a bother. I will go elsewhere or drive to their other store where they are very courteous and helpful. Also, good luck not to catch her eating at the counter. Not sure why an owner would allow someone like her to serve their customers. I would think customers are important and not to be treated with a poor attitude. It’s easy an easy fix for me as I’ll never shop there again.
