Set up an appointment a week ago for a morning appointment due to multiple recommendations from different people , nobody showed up and upon calling in they could find no record of my name or appointment, pretty disappointed especially after waiting a week and they came highly recommended.

Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but my experience with Sales and the Installation crew at Friedhabers has reminded me it still exists. I highly recommend them for appliance needs!

I called needing a washer not able to drive and look or install They provided exactly what I asked for a basic washing machine with in by budget And delivered and set up the next day!! The delivery guy even asked if my dog could have a treat . The washing machine is standard hot point works great

We live in Franklin and when ever the subject of appliances comes up with neighbors or church family the praises for Friedhaber's commence with testimonials about them treating customers like family, how caring they are for customers needs in every regard, especially support and repairs later. We recently purchased a dishwasher and an oven stove there. The salesman was courteous, patient and helpful. The installation guys were incredibly skilled and friendly, plus I know if something fails someday, they've got my back! Best choice ever.
