Everybody was friendly and ryan was a pleasure to do business with.He answered all my questions and I appreciate that he offered the purchase of an extended warranty without being pushy about it.He explained the coverage and left the decision up to me.It's a small appliance store,so there isn't a huge number of appliances on the floor but I knew what I wanted by looking at their website.I would rather support a small business than the big box stores and their prices were about the same .My only complaint was the delivery company.They did a great job getting it down my narrow stairway without a scratch but when I went to do my first load of clothes,I realized they didn't level it correctly.So now I'm left to figure out how to get it correctly leveled so it doesn't rock back and forth while I use it.

We purchased a new dishwasher 2 years ago and received excellent customer service from Dina and Joe did a great job with the installation. We needed a refrigerator as soon as possible so we called Appliance Alliance and once again Dina provided excellent customer service. Dina found a GE refrigerator to match our dishwasher. Their team made the delivery happen the next day. We will continue to use Appliance Alliance and will recommend them to our family and friends. Appliance Alliance (specifically Ryan) in Phoenixville was excellent to deal with! I bought a GE Microwave/Oven Combo to replace one I’d had. They delivered, installed with an experienced installer, and removed and took away old unit. My calls were answered or returned promptly and courteously.
