We purchased a used washer they told us they had they best mechanics that it had been completely fixed and was operational. It was not operational when I got it home when they sent the mechanics out. They said that they would check with the shop about picking it up or what they wanted to do. And then they never got back to us. And when I call the office, they said the mechanics left at 4 when they close at 5pm. They also treated us like it we didn't know how to operate the washing machine when.In fact, it did not work when they sent their maintenence out.They must not be doing their job. plus as a woman I had to help load it up because nobody was there to help. I would not recommend this place overpriced. And once they're products out the door they don't care when it's taken care of.

Perfect experience! I purchased a stove and had it delivered and installed the same day! Service people were very skilled and personable. I went to a big chain store and got no service. No one to even talk to, went to Riddles and had personal service and an affordable price. Thank you for your professional people!

Highly recommend buying from Riddles. They have quality appliances at good prices. Steve and Mitchell are very welcoming and helpful salesmen, they make the process very easy. My fridge was delivered in a week, they give you many add on options for delivery to fit your needs. The deliverymen were very nice and careful with my new fridge. They got it setup in a timely manner as well. A very nice local appliance store, highly recommended
