Absolutely abysmal customer service! Guy picks up the phone and just says “you’re gonna have to wait I have a customer in front of me” and did this twice and then hung up. No introduction, no good afternoon. No nothing. If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on potential customers. I’d rather deal with my broken appliance than be treated like this.
