Great prices, quality used appliances. Bought a dryer for 150 about 4 years ago still working top notch. Recently bought a beautiful refrigerator for 200 plus they took my old one and gave me money for it. Steve and his family are a pleasure to deal with

Very very poor customer service. They said that someone would be out to look at my dryer and no one ever showed up, i had someone waiting all afternoon. Then when i called back later she said that she would try to get someone to come out today and that she would call me and let me know. Well that never happened either., no phone call, no show, no nothing..... They could've at least called me and let me know something....NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I called to schedule ,and appointment for my gas dryer I was told that someone would be out the next day anywhere from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I waited all these hours and no one showed up. I am very upset that they could not even call me to let me know that no one would be coming. I could have looked for someone else sooner had I known that no one would show up. I would not recommend anyone to get service from them because this is poor customer service. I feel that they had lack of respect for me not calling to say they would not show up.
