Bought a dryer from "tony" there. Paid cash on day web ordered it. They delivered 2 days later. Hooked it up wrong then called them to come back out. Then it didn't work. Called them again, after 11 messages, "tony" finally called and said he'd bring a different one. Never showed up for 2 weeks. Drove back to store after multiple attempts to reach him. Waited at store with receipt in hand wanting a refund and for them to come get their junk box a dryer- was greeted by a woman there claiming to be his wife. She refused to acknowledge my receipt/refund. The whole time smoking a cigarette outside and said she would look into it. I had spoken to her on phone days earlier and said it would be "taken care of". Called attleboro police. Police arrived, "tony" finally showed up at shop and brought "tony " inside to question him. Turns out his name was not even "tony" per attleboro Police after asking for his ID. Police said we needed to file a civil suit. Finally Police came back out of store again and stated "tony" would be to my home and bringing new dryer and take out junky one he sold me. When he got to my home with his "nephew". I never acknowledged him- replacednthe dryer and left. Absolutely scammer who was even scamming using someone else's name. If you see the white beat up pick there...that's him. Stay away.

The store is hard to find, but keep looking until you find it! Owner Matt sold and delivered my refrigerator within four days and for a great price. He moved my old refrigerator into the basement AND moved all my stuff that was in their way. More impressive is that they also MOVED IT ALL BACK! Easy people to deal with; couldn’t be more accommodating. Hopefully, as they become a bit more well known, they’ll have an even bigger selection of used appliances. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed if the store has what you need!

They are kind, honest, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them. We bought a washer from them and they delivered, set up, and took the old one away. They also repaired our stove. We will definitely do business with them again.

Tony’s is awesome. Bought my washer and dryer 2 years ago and still have had 0 issues. His prices are great. He delivered my appliances and helped me set it up with no issues. I’ll be doing future business with him and will be sending all my friends his way. Thank you!

Im so disappointed!!! I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and I will update this review if I hear back from them. I've had such great experiences with them in the past. It seems the original owner retired and now his son Rodney (aka Tony) is running the shop; he was really friendly and accomodating when he gave me an appointment this time. He said he could fix our RV fridge Saturday afternoon so we would have it for our camping trip on Monday. He wrote down my name and phone number but today I arrived with my camper for the appointment and the shop was closed. I waited an hour just in case they were running late from a service call but no one showed, no one called, and no one answered the door or phone. I tried 3 different numbers I had and all the mailboxes were full. I also tried texting. There were 2 other customers who were also waiting and one said Rodney (aka Tony) had taken payment from his mother but hasnt gotten the job done and has no showed multiple times. If any one from the shop is reading this, contact me (you have my # written in the notebook on the desk). Make it right so I can change my review.
