So happy I used Signature Appliances to purchase my new washing machine! I specifically wanted the Speed Queen TR7 which has limited availability in our area. I was only able to find one other location with it in stock and they were not honoring the prices of most other retailers. Max worked on sourcing one for me the day I called and was very honest and accommodating and offered it at the price I was hoping for. He arranged the delivery and haul away of my old machine. The install team was helpful and efficient as well. They advised switching to a different outlet by my washer as opposed the one we were using as it is more protected and safe by today's standards for electricity. So, so happy with the customer service provided by this company and will be using them again for future appliances! Way better than the big box stores.

We build custom homes so I work with lots of trades and subcontractors. Signature has a top notch install and service crew and their sales reps in the office are well informed and very helpful. High end appliances require an elevated level of knowledge and finesse. This team is professional, diligent and friendly. Support from the Signature team while ordering, scheduling, installing and troubleshooting helps make our builds smooth and efficient. I highly recommend getting this crew on your side.

There are a lot of places to buy appliances, but not one that I’ve come across in all my years of interior design, and personal home ownership, that compares to Signature Appliance Center in Charleston SC. Not only do they carry an excellent selection of appliances, in a beautiful showroom, but more importantly, Al the store manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He has been there for years and will guide you through chosing the best option for your home, and budget, without any pressure or upselling. He is also always very responsive in his communication, and considerate of project timelines.Long after a sale has been made, he will continue to offer superior customer service! Another bonus with Signature is their installers are excellent, both knowledgeable and careful with your home! I do not write many reviews, but when a company is as outstanding as Signature Appliance Center, I feel compelled to do so!

What an amazing experience. Great companies have a great foundation built with solid Team members. Max has knowledge, hospitality, and connected with us like no other. He listened to what we wanted out of our washer and dryer and narrowed it down to three choices. He took time to explain the benefits of each to assure we made the best choice for productivity and value. I've already told family and friends to call Max with their appliance needs. The showroom will help you see things that you did not know you needed. I need to go back and get the retro range and refrigerator as well as a new built in grill, for our outdoor kitchen.
