Boyd Tire & Appliance

Employee was very rude to my wife. Life long Cover resident, local customer. My wife was leaving for a work trip and pulled into this business to handle a short phone call and map her route. This entire incident happened in less than 7 minutes from parking to leaving. A middle aged woman with short blonde/gray hair who claims to be an employee came out and began to tap on her window. When my wife indicated she needed just a second by holding up her index finger the woman began to knock hard repeatedly on her window. My wife's call ended and she rolled down her window to which the woman told her she needed to leave because she was "trying to run a business, some of us work for a living." She called my wife rude for holding up her finger and threatened to have her trespassed. This is no way to treat any human being especially members of your community. Seems Boyd's only cares about you as a community member if you're spending money with them and that is a sad way to "run a business." I will make sure I never spend another dime here which is a tragedy in itself because supporting my community and local businesses is important to me. The same can not be said about Boyd's hardware.
