From start to finish, the team made buying and picking up a heavy-duty appliance easy and stress-free. Carla at the register was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. She handled everything smoothly and made the checkout process quick. A big shout-out to the gentleman who loaded the washer for me he went way above and beyond! Since I was picking it up myself, he took the time to explain everything about the installation (and then some). He shared helpful tips on leveling, water lines, electrical hookup, and best practices to get the most out of this machine. His knowledge and willingness to share that extra information really stood out and gave me confidence setting it up at home. The Speed Queen TC5 itself is a beast solid build quality, just what I wanted for reliable performance. Carolina Appliance and Furniture clearly stands behind their products and customers.
