I called and spoke with Todd. I asked if they had a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove available for delivery a week before I needed them. Todd was very kind and assured me that he would be able to deliver the appliances on day asked. Their prices were very reasonable and his kindness and professionalism were top tier. I can't say enough good things about this appliance repair business! After struggling with a broken fridge for weeks and being told by the business I purchased it from ( which was still under warranty ) that it couldn’t be fixed, and they would rather refund me, I was about ready to give up. Thankfully, I found this amazing business. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but they were also some of the most honest and straightforward people I’ve ever dealt with. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked around my busy schedule, and their pricing was more than fair—especially compared to the quotes I got elsewhere. Best of all, they got my fridge working like new again! It was clear from the start that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Our dishwasher quit working. We stopped by one day and told him what was going on and instantly had it fixed when we got home! This week our fridge died on us and got a fridge from here next day! Super sweet. Very trustworthy! Todd is extremely smart with fixing appliances. Definitely recommend him! We have found an appliance company to put us at ease. God bless Todd and Heather.
