I was dreading getting a new dishwasher. A friend recommended Billy Woods to me. I’m glad she did. Very personal service. John Ramsey was professional and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen. The price he quoted me included delivery, installation and removal. The price was comparable to the big chain stores, but I got personal service for life. Jason, Horacio and Javan delivered, installed and removed. Very efficient, professional and personable. Thank you, Billy Woods, for taking the dread out of the experience.

Vincent Pham and I never met, and I've never been in their store. But Billy Wood Appliance was recommended by some of my contractors so I gave them a call. Vincent was extremely accessible, even answering my evening calls as necessary. Vincent helped create the appliance package after listening to my specifications and he went out of his way to find an installer to get the job done on my time frame. I'd highly recommend him.

Vincent did a wonderful job in presenting a number of options to us for the replacement of our kitchen appliances. He explained the pros and cons of each appliance relative to our desires for our new home. He definitely did his homework in meeting our needs and extremely knowledgeable in the area. He and the install staff were extremely professional in their work! Nothing was damaged in the removal or installation of the appliances. The prices were very fair and competitive with area merchants. The additional warranty offered by Billy Wood Appliance was also a plus in making our final decision. Vincent and his team definitely earned a 5 star with our purchase and installation! Absolutely NO reservations in recommending them!

The staff at Billy Wood Appliance is very knowledgeable and excellent in their follow-through. As an interior designer and contractor, I use them exclusively, and have run into clients who have had a direction in mind, but needed more information. Vincent Pham has spent a lot of time in educating the consumer to the many changes in the industry because many of my clients have not had new appliances in years. It saves me from having to keep up with all the latest technology and focus on the design and function. And often the installation location can be tricky, and the staff meets all our needs.
