Had randomly contacted Queen City due to an issue with lack of an installation post delivery of an appliance purchased through Home Depot recently and was satisfied with the excellent service offered through Felicia and also flexibility to ensure that there would be proper installation available post delivery. They definitely had a better turnaround time in delivery service than other places that I had looked around.

I would like to take this time to out to give a big huge thank you to the manager and her staff. Felica who is the manager there was extremely thorough in helping me pick out the perfect washer and dryer for my mother who is visually imparied. She took her time to explain, and to offer the best ways in helping my mother understand how to use the machine withblottle vision. Candi was amazing as well as we didnt have to come to the counter to go over payment options, as she came to us l, as she showed extreme compassion to my mothers situation. I honestly have never felt more welcomed in any store when it comes to be ticket items, and being assisted in such a caring and understanding way. I am not from South Carolina, so it was super important for my mother to learn the machine. It was super fast delivery might I add. We came in Tuesday evening. and was delivered early Thursday. Felica and her team there knows and understand compassion, and very caring to all needs. It was almost closing, and was not rushed at all. If you are looking for big tocket items. It is highly recommended to come here, You will be treated with so much care. Dont take my word , go give them a try, and ask for the Manager Felica. Thye let you know about deals and all. Thank me later, I cannot wait to come back and shop again, thank you all sooo much. My mother is using her machine like a pro thanks to you all.

Queen City Homestore is THE PLACE to buy your appliances! We were in need of a new washer and dryer, and Felica was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly detailed, helpful, and communicative throughout, from the sale to the installation and afterwards. 10/10 customer service! The installation was amazing as well - the two gentlemen who came to remove our old washer and dryer and replace the new ones were extremely professional, mindful of our space, and left the area clean and in perfect condition. I can't recommend Queen City Homestore enough! They will be my go-to for all future appliance needs.

We ordered a dishwasher from Best Buy in November, 6wks later, we're told they can't get it. We came to Queen City...first, I was so happy to see the girls from the previous store, here. Candy and her manager, not only were able to get said dishwasher AND the microwave that I wanted that NO ONE could get....less than 2 weeks from order till it was in. The delivery men were also amazing! I was more than pleased from start to finish with them and they weren't anymore expensive than the 'Big Box' stores. It pays to shop local instead. Give them a try and i'm sure you will be more than pleased.

To anyone looking for professional, friendly and great customer service when furniture shopping I highly recommend Mrs.Felica at Queen City!We were looking for a specific sectional(the everything sectional)which was very hard to find locally so we searched and came across it at Queen City in Aiken SC.My husband called and spoke with Mrs.Felica whom was very informative ,helpful and pleasant. She even FaceTimed to show us the couch and to see how it would look in our living room being that we are not local to the store.We got there asap and was greeted by Mrs.Felica who remembered us by name and to the same customer service we received via phone call we received in person as well but even better.We were offered some waters and she showed us the couch,she wasn’t pushy,gave us time to look around and make a decision also informed on us payment and warranty option, which led to us purchasing the couch!It was everything we wanted with all the features (3 Powered recliners, open chaise,usb ports, sleeper, ratchet headrests, hideaway cup holders)that fits our family and home, even down to the color and material which was a big thing for me.Couch was delivered next day around 10am..good experience as well. She called and checked up on us the next day tabs reassured if there was any issues to reach out.Overall 5 star experience!!!Check them out!!!
