Found the dryer I wanted online and called up the store. I believe I talked to Kevin on the phone. Nice guy. He helped me get the dryer I wanted ordered and the delivery, installation, and takeaway of the old one lined up. Couldn't have been much easier than that! Couple weeks later the dryer I ordered arrived. Guys came out and did the work and left. Everything was clean and professional. Don't think I'll be going anywhere else for major appliance purchases in the future. Karl's did an excellent job.

My purchase was a full kitchen set and a washer dryer, this was a year ago in March. We were told we'd get certain rebates which was incorrect. It took until August to get the freezer working properly. Scheduling that service work was super inconvenient, extremely rude staff, I kept the voicemails to prove it. Manager is nice but he's over loaded cleaning up behind bad employees. I decided to do a review now because I had a friend asking around about places to get appliances and I don't want anyone to go through this. Note for this place. Your customers time is valuable too. Taking time off work for multiple service calls and just waiting on a window of time for you to show up costs us money. We all have jobs and/or run businesses of our own to make a living.
