Terry was a great person and helped me pick out my new appliances by explaining everything and also showing me a brand I never considered and ended up buying and saving money which is always great! Nick was great on the phone when I had some questions. Also Cody and the 2 gentlemen that delivered and installed my appliances were very professional and took a lot of care putting in my appliances to not scratch our floors . I did have an issue with the stove and fridge but Karl’s took care of them quickly. I would recommend Karl’s and their staff!

I'm late on writing my review, but better late then never. We worked with Nicholas Johns at the Karl's Brookings, SD location. On 7/22/2025 we purchased Bosch appliances, 36" Standard Depth 3 Door refrigerator model B36FD52SMS, 30" electric slide-in range model HEI8056U and 30" Over-The-Range Convection Microwave model HMV8054U. This was our first experience with Karl's/Brookings and we could not be more pleased. Nicholas was professional and helped us in the decision making process. He listened to our wants/needs for appliances and provided prudent guidance toward the appliances to satisfy our goals/needs from budget to appliance longevity. The delivery and installation of our appliances were handled professionally, promptly and with care. Our overall purchasing experience exceeded expectations and we will be a returning Karl's customer. Many thanks to Karl's, Nicholas, and the crew that took care of us, we appreciate it! Second Experience: We returned to Karl's/Brookings on 11/25/2025 and again worked with Nicholas Johns. We purchased a TCL 43" QLED Smart TV, model 43Q3K. Again, another pleasant experience with Karl's and Nicholas. Many thanks! Third Experience: Karl's/Brookings, on 4/11/2026 we purchased mattresses: Serta Perfect Sleeper X Q5001248452-1050 with a Q Motion Renew Base Q500832319-7550 and a Serta Blue Lagoon Nights mattress FS001248452. Worked with Nicholas Johns, professional and expert. Both mattresses have been great! The Q Motion Renew Base is well worth the money. Again, another pleasant experience with Karl's and Nicholas.
