Steve and Tom from the delivery crew installed new dryer at our rental very quickly and efficiently. They had to remove a door and haul to the basement, then set up and made sure all worked. Very nice work and personable too!

We have had issues with our ice maker in our LG refrigerator. We have had a compressor fail and needed replacement in our LG refrigerator. Each time we have contacted Karl’s to share our dissatisfaction with the LG refrigerators. Each time we were assured they would work to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Karl’s sent out a Service Technician and were able to get the repairs made in a reasonable time. As frustrating as it is to have appliances not working, we realize that Karl’s does not manufacture the appliances, they sell and service them. Overall, we have been very satisfied with the Customer Service and the work they have performed. We would highly recommend Karl’s TV for any and all your appliance needs!

The delivery guys did an awesome job bringing in and setting up the new refrigerator. They also explained the start up procedures thoroughly. I highly recommend Karl’s delivery service!
