We had a really great experience, thanks in large part to the Salesman Brad & the nice delivery install teams. My Husband is in Contracting so we originally were going to try Lowe’s in a town close but our new Neighbors gave us his Card so we thought we would check it out since they said they service after the sale and offer the same kind of pricing which we thought was impossible since Lowe’s has a bazillion stores. Not only was the pricing just as good but the rebates back were over $800 & they were prepaid Visa Cards so I could spend them anywhere! I know right. Brad had patience with my picky ways and my Lovely Husband likes to make a point to razz Salespeople & complains about their lack of knowledge. But he actually made a point to say how impressed he was that he didn’t blow hot air and sell us what he wanted but got us what WE wanted after showing us the different options. Best part about it was not feeling smothered and hounded, but still got the experience. My Husband even said he’s coming back for a Grill they talked about too, maybe we will buy it with the Rebate Money! Go to Karl’s, affordable, lots of options, clean, friendly staff and if you want a helpful detailed salesperson ask for Brad.

Recently went in with my elderly Mother, the Salesman Brad held the door open for her as she’s using a walker from hip surgery. After taking her Coat he guided us over to Microwaves and upon asking a few questions she found one she liked which she still has white so the options weren’t as abundant as they once were but nevertheless He ran up to his desk, comes back and lets us know he could have one in within a week. He then asked my Mom if she’s ever used something called sensor cook. We didn’t know what it was, he took the time to explain and then told my Mother he didn’t think it was necessary to pay over $70 more for the model she selected and he could get a different one but with a little less features more suited for her style which she said she just uses for reheating coffee and melting butter. I was impressed as here’s a Salesperson who didn’t want my Mother to pay extra for features she wouldn’t use and still could get the brand and color she wanted. He was kind, considerate and treated my Mom like she was his. Go see Brad. He’s helpful knowledgeable and above all kind. Daryl S
