Our stove went out. Called Mr Appliance and scheduled appointment. They showed up at appointment time and I was supposed that it was a repair woman. She was great!!! Diagnosed issue and fixed in no time. Repair cost was reasonable. Well pleased with service

The ice maker in my refrigerator had stopped working. I called Mr. Appliance and they were easy to schedule with. I coordinated my appointment over text with a live person named Deborah, who was great, and they quickly dispatched a technician named Crystal to my home. I really can’t say enough good things about Crystal! She was friendly, professional, and most importantly was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. I was only charged their (reasonable) diagnostic fee, despite the fact that Crystal spent a fair amount of time and labor soldering wires to get my ice maker working again. Now my fridge is back in working order and I have Crystal to thank. I am a very happy customer!

Our Speed Queen dryer stopped working properly, controls would not set properly and drying was partial done. I contacted their office on a Friday night by using their on line service request. Early Monday Donna contacted me and had Crystal came out the next day. Crystal arrived, dismantled the dryer and got a good idea of what the problem was. She ordered parts from the mfgr. and processed the warranty claim as the dryer was still 9 months shy of the 5 year warranty expiration. There was some issue with the warranty claim but Donna worked through this and the warranty was honored. Both Crystal and Donna were absolutely great to work with. Crystal people skills and technical knowledge is hard to find. Donna's wonderful to speak with and solve problems.

Our clothes dryer wasn’t fully drying. We would have to run it again to fully dry the clothes. Crystal came to our residence, checked the dryer and determined the cause. She acquired the essential parts, installed them and were up and running. We were quite impressed with Crystal, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. She said something no other repair person has ever said to us. She said she strives to continue to learn as much as she can about her trade. That’s a sign of a true competent professional, someone who loves their job, willing to learn as much as she can.
