Mike was absolutely awesome, had a appointment at another shop that I had booked 1.5 weeks prior they called said they didn’t have the tires that I selected available nor any other options the said available on there website. called best one, Mike immediately went to check what was in stock and even went to pick my truck up at the other shop because I dropped it off while I was at work. He set me up with a great deal on tires and alignment. Definitely will go back to them again. He definitely went above and beyond.

Best One Tire & Auto took great care of me! They did an amazing and quick job on my wheels, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Jace was super helpful and made sure I got the best deal for my money. You can tell they’re honest and dependable, which is hard to find these days. And bonus… the other guy behind the counter there makes some incredible sourdough bread 😂 Highly recommend!

My son and I broke down at the buccees in crossville. We were helped by Michael carpenter . Michael went over and beyond in this situation. Not being familiar with the area he helped us find a tow company , a hotel , a local restaurant (Cancun) , and drove us to the local enterprise to rent a vehicle while yall work on ours. To say that I am happy we were lucky to have had car troubles in this little town is an Understatement. We’ve been on the road for almost a month and this sucks to have had car trouble but it couldn’t have happened in a more compassionate/helpful space . I can’t thank yall enough. EVERYONE at the shop was extremely nice and helpful . Michael definitely gets the gold star. He helped beyond what is what you usually find in ANY customer service situation. I woke up this morning feeling extremely grateful in the local Hampton suites hotel he suggested . Thank again .

We are from Michigan and got a flat tire on our tow vehicle while vacationing in the area November 2025. Referred to this business by A-1 Auto Repair also in Crossville near the campground we were staying at. We were well taken care of by Wade England and were back on the road with a couple of new tires the very next day. Other employees working those two days of our visit were so friendly (sorry that I didn't get their names). If I lived in the area, they would be my go to place hands down! Thank you for everything - keep up the excellent work and attitudes.
