I had a great experience with Patterson’s Home Appliances. Their phone support was fantastic - the representative was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to answer all my questions. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The only experience I have had with them is over the phone. The first guy I was transferred to answered the call sounding like a hungover frat boy who clearly didn’t want to deal with my call. After telling me he couldn’t help me, I was transferred to another store and when I told that particular gentleman what I was looking for, his tone was very arrogant and condescending. Almost as if I should have known they wouldn't have the part I was looking for before calling. This was not a good first impression and I will avoid doing business with them in the future.

I was in the market for a new dishwasher and came to Patterson's, having purchased a washer and dryer there several years ago. Rick was extremely knowledgeable about the products available in store. Keith, who installed the new dishwasher, was refreshingly honest and forthright. He went beyond my expectations, and I will continue to sing the praises of Patterson's because of his excellent service.

We bought a range from them over 15 years ago and needed a new knob. David was able to order it and get it for us the next day! Great service, great people which is why we've bought all of our appliances there!
