A-1 Appliance

Recently had an issue with my Wolf brand range that caused my CO monitor to alarm. Called A-1, my "go to" sales and servicing appliances company. The tech, Tim Turner came the same day and quickly diagnosed the failed part on the range. This was a potentially serious issue with my call having led to me getting same day service. It's not typical, same day service but because of the nature of the problem, A-1 sent out their tech, Tim, right away. Tim knows his stuff, there is no question about it. Try buying your range at a big box store and getting that kind of service! I am very grateful to the A-1 team and Tim quickly and professionally diagnosing the resolving the problem. We visited the showroom several times and initially worked with Jake, who provided a quote. However, after that point, we had multiple follow-up questions and did not receive responses to our emails. We were also interested in adding appliances, had questions about options, and were never informed of or offered the Sub-Zero rebates advertised on the website. Ultimately, we moved forward with Cenwood, where we received thorough service, clear answers to our questions, consistent follow-up, and applicable rebates. This was disappointing, as your showroom is beautiful and we had hoped to continue working with your team.

We recently did a complete kitchen remodel; flooring, cabinets, countertops and appliances. We purchased our appliances from A-1. We were extremely pleased. We replaced our built in refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and build in microwave. Tom Berry not only made it a most pleasurable experience, but has tremendous product knowledge. He helped us choose the right set of appliances that best fit our needs, then kept us fully informed during the entire process. Tom is by far one of the best sales consultants I've ever encountered. From sales, to installation, I give A-1 top marks. I highly recommend.
