This place is full of lies. They sell damaged properties to customers and don’t believe in refund so they’ll deliver you an item that is literally damaged or refuse to give you your money back. I made a video about them. I’m gonna keep spreading awareness about them. they can delete their comments and delete the reviews, but I’m gonna make sure this gets out to the news. I’m gonna go to the news and show my proof because this needs to be broadcasted if they’re not gonna give people their money back and give them property. The world needs to know how much of a shitty company they are

This place is awful after seeing a TikTok video of how they treat their customers that poor lady. I feel bad for her. I’m so happy she’s taking them to court. Please do not shop there. Basically the video on TikTok is a young lady who bought a new fridge from them and they deliver her a damaged fridge and her food items are all damaged and they refuse to give her her money back. They’re asking her in order for them to pick up the damage fridge, she must pay for delivery and they told her if they’re gonna give her money back they would give her $400 back with all the videos and evidence being posted about this young lady they’re Treton to take her to court, but however, like I said before she has receipt of everything that’s damage and every time they came over it’s been late at night. I pray and wish her the best. Please do not shop with them

Junk purchased refrigerator and with in 2 days was not cooling keeping calling or texting and final got tech out after everything spoiled tech can out and add Freon never check for leak and guess what it quit again 3 months later and now after my wife called 18 hours later and no response Worst place ever to deal with and poor customer service

First time purchasing it went ok. They dropped off the washer and dryer at rental house and we installed them. Second time we bought a washer and dryer set for another rental they scratched the new floors, broke the laundry faucet while installing new washer, and on top of it the washer and dryer are junk. All of this could be forgiven if the company was willing to take any responsibility but they took zero ownership and showed no interest in working with me on these issues. Beware their prices are low for a reason. I won’t be scammed again.

I went into the store at 2.30pm and purchased a washer. I requested delivery, installation and haul-off. I have stackables and told Ibrahim that I need the dryer taken off, washer installed, dryer stacked on top and the old washer hauled off. The delivery came at 5pm. The delivery men took the dryer off, hauled off the old washer and brought the washer I purchased. They installed it, tried to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on. I called Ibrahim and the delivery men took it back then and there. At 6.30pm, they were at my door with a different washer that was working. The delivery men's English isn't great but I used machine translation on my phone. I'm satisfied with their services and will visit them for future appliance needs.
