I had never bought an appliance from a scratch and dent store before I walked into Black Friday. Immediately, my skepticism about such businesses was disarmed by Jennifer’s professional and courteous demeanor. Their appliances are name brand with competitive pricing. If you can find the same appliance cheaper elsewhere they will match or beat it. I bought an LG dryer that did not work properly. When I stopped by the store to see what I needed to do, they were very apologetic and let me exchange the one I had purchased for the same model with no fuss. They will treat you honestly and fairly. Jennifer is a gem! I’m a return customer!

I try to shop locally owned stores instead of big chain stores. I was pleasantly surprised to find Black Friday Appliance. We moved to the area a week ago. I needed a new washer and dryer. I wanted to stick with LG. They had a good selection to choose. Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to install the next day (Sunday) and haul away my old ones. The installers were very kind, careful and efficient. After installing they made sure to explain and show me how to use the washer and dryer. It was a great overall experience.
