Horrible customer service and illegal recommendations to remedy the issue with the purchased item. The store sales rep lied to my wife about the extent of the damage then proceeded to tell us that never happened. Their remedy was to retroactively increase prices on other models to be a comparable exchange for our original purchase. 100% would not recommend. Here some proof

Very nice to work with. He answered most of my questions through messenger since I lived long distance and went out of his way to meet us on our schedule. The appliance is quality and priced fairly. Only small dents and dings which is to be expected from scratch and dent.
