Their customer service truly stood out and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s hard to find places these days that genuinely care about their customers, but they definitely do. Good experience. Plenty of choice in appliance types and prices to match level of features and all. Many of the items I browsed through looked much better than the scratch and dent items I have seen or purchased in the past. I am not an appliance snob so functionality an utilitarian is fine by me and they offer it all.
