If you “support the little guy” and have a realistic expectations for on-call, in-home, specialized appliance repair call Dan. We communicated by phone, where I relayed the problem. He gave me his cell number, and I sent him pics of the identifying parts of our washer. Sure, it was a few days before he could get to me, but he was honest with his schedule. He arrived within a reasonable period (20 min) after he said he would — sometimes previous repairs in the day run long, people, so be prepared! He came in, popped the top off the washer and spotted the problem part (inlet value cluster) wet with water right away. A quick trip to his truck and within 10 minutes he had the part changed and everything reassembled. We put in a load and no leak. Boom. Done. Dan is a humble, professional, old-school repair man.
