The process of picking up something here is worth ZERO stars. The pathetic signage mentions “dock 5” but the signs get blown over and the doors are not easily identifiable. Nor is there an indication where to drive on the property to see the doors. Then once you’re exhausted from running around the building, you have to deal with “Nada de inglés” warehouse workers who don’t know how to read order information correctly. What a lot to ask from a customer trying to pick up something within a very limited business hour window!
