Tried to shop their website, no way to narrow down the 28,000 outdoor lights, REALLY?Did they think I would scroll thru all of those!?? So thinking maybe I had to log in, I tried that, hit the password reset button once, received 7 passwords, none of which worked, so I tried to call them. They had only 2 options, to route my call, neither of which was customer service. HERMITAGE LIGHTING IS JUST TOO DIFFICULT TO DO BUSINESS WITH! GO ELSEWHERE!

My family has been been shopping at Hermitage for all of our lighting and appliance needs for 40 years. I recently did a complete renovation of my kitchen and bathroom and used Hermitage for every aspect of the job. First class experience in every way at a great price. It also feels great to shop local and meet people who have been working there for 20+ years with the owner there everyday as well. This is an iconic Nashville business that anyone new to town needs to check out for any home building, renovation, or just updating needs!

Really, Really poor customer service. We ordered $$$ of Classic Brass hardware for our new home and have been trying to get Hermitage Design to complete the order since November of 2024. I know it sounds ridiculous, but they kept promising that the missing parts were on order and the issue is Classic Brass. We called Classic Brass and they told us that there wasn't any issue with production and unless we could tell them the PO # from Hermitage, they couldn't help us.... We have worked their manager Derrick Hayes & Sales Keith Bell...both promise to follow up but never have... maybe Jack or Matt Fleischer will see this post and take some kind of action.... hope awaits

This photo is of a dishwasher that was purchased in February of 2022 and delivered damaged in November 2022. The items arrived to their warehouse late September and it wasn’t delivered until November- that was our first major issue. We spent so much of our $$ through Hermitage Design Center. We get transferred to Heather or Beau, to get transferred again without anyone giving us any idea on what the heck is going on with this mess. Honestly I don’t even know if Heather is a real person! If you are wanting quality customer service, or any customer service at all DO NOT SHOP HERE. I will remove this once our dishwasher issue is finally resolved.
