Master Appliance

My dryer quit and I had a ton of clothes to dry. My hubby took apart dryer and the heating element was broken. We checked everywhere but couldn’t get it same day. Had to order & would have taken a week to get. Hubby remembered this place and called. They had one in stock so hubby picked it up and my dryer is working great now. They were very helpful. I will use them again.

Had been looking for a refrigerator, ordered one from Home Depot, took the day off when it was supposed to be delivered got a message saying they had to reschedule delivery , so I canceled the order. Went to Masters and found a better one and much cheaper. Customer service was great. Will definitely be checking there first if I need any more appliances

I came by and chose a washer on my lunch break, Matt said he would hold it. I called to make arrangements and understood he closes up at 4pm no later. I took time off work to pick up at 3:30pm and HE CLOSED UP EARLY!! Worst customer service. Can’t depend on their hours. If you get there and they are open buy now or beware!!

Amazing place, this morning I went to get a thermostat for my Frigidaire side by side, he did some references, came back with 2. He said take them both and see which one matches up, I didn’t have the model number. How much are these, he said no more than $10, when you fix it, come back when you can and pay. Will do my business with him, washer and dryers, ranges, refrigerators, prices are better than anyone.
