So this is the 2nd washer ive bought from here that has tore up. The 2nd in a year!! I have had this washer a cpl months and it quit spinning water outta clothes. Ive emailed, ive sent a text & called all with no answer and no reply. I took to fb cause I'll know someone will share my post with Burress Appliances, but I just want the washer fixed! At this rate if he cant fix used washers like he advertises then maybe he should stop selling used appliances!

When told I needed used he had none left on the floor. However Lonnie got to work on one that had just came in and had it delivered the next day. I've received all my appliances from burress and haven't had an issue with any. Kind and caring business!

Highly recommend! They give a warranty and stand behind their product. Mr Burress drove all the way to Crossville to check out an issue with our washer and came prepared with a replacement in case he couldn't repair ours. Much appreciated his customer service.
