Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I always love Ollie's, but the cashier (I can't remember her name) but she was so friendly and seemed like she genuinely liked her job and her customers..I went in for an interview, and ended up buying a fire pit..they were on sale, and the thing is HUGE !! well done Ollie's..went in at 9:30 a.m on 4th of July, just in case management wants to give the cashier recognition

I will never go back to this Ollie's. I will say this though and it was a I think three weeks back. I was shopping here and one of your employees checked me out. When I tell you amazing customer service I mean amazing customer service. I have been coming in months on end trying to have my number fixed and no one could do it or told me that they don't know how to. James was able to solve the issue. He's a really smart person. HOWEVER came back and employees were rude and disrespectful to me. It so hot in that store I don't even understand HOW employees are still working there. The ceiling looks like it's gonna fall. It's very disorganized. So unfortunately I won't be coming back!! Just nasty and pure laziness by management it's self!!!

You guys have probably one of the best employee in that store. I forgot his name but he has a mohawk and he absolutely showed excellent customer service and really went above and beyond his job. As a former GM he shows a lot of hospitality and I would've definitely promoted him. Hopefully he can be with you guys in the long run!!! I will be coming back again!
