We had an amazing experience with Appliance House Outlet. We got a great deal on a refrigerator, washer and dryer. They were brand new, top of the line Samsung appliences. After the plans for our new house fell through, Appliance House Outlet happily stored our appliances free of charge for 7 months until we found a new house. We took free delivery of our beautiful appliances today. Roberto and his son Mattel delivered and installed them. They were so great, they worked fast and were exceptionally professional and friendly. They uninstalled an old refrigerator and tested all the new appliances to ensure they were in working order. They answered all of my questions. I can't recommend them high enough, I wish i could give more than 5 stars, from beginning to end!

Amazing experience here! Owner was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, knew all the specs we asked about, and gave us great tips about reliability and features we wanted in a refrigerator. A much better experience than going to a big box store, and the prices are incredible! No more Home Depot for us, this is where we’re buying appliances from now on! Can’t say enough great things!

When I visited the south Austin showroom, the washer I was looking for was already sold. The manager Michael was able to find the same one in the Cedar Park store and have it delivered to me the next day. Total out the door with tax and delivery over $200 less than just the purchase price of the unit at the big box stores! Albert and O'Brian did a great job delivering our LG Washer. They were careful and communicated well with us regarding their arrival time and while they were installing the refrigerator. Will be going with them for the matching dryer and will recommend them to others in need of appliances.
