New kitchen, I bought all my new appliances from Amir at Austin Appliance Club. His prices were the absolute best, and I did my research; I checked the manufacturer directly, big box stores, and even a reseller in Dallas and New Jersey. I was considering buying from the reseller in Jersey because they had what looked like a better rebate, but I asked Amir, he did some digging and showed me the data -- well let me tell you, he saved me from being scammed. While my new kitchen was being installed, we realized that the vent hood I chose was too low. Amir helped me fix that problem. When I had specific questions about the appliances and how to color match the faucets, he contacted the rep on my behalf. All this is after the check cleared, he still went above and beyond for me. Really, amazing service. He always answers the phone or responds to texts and emails. Always with a smile Always super helpful. I used to be a Costco and Costco.com devotee, I thought I was always getting the best deal and the best service. Turns out this place got them beat. I will recommend Amir and Austin appliances club to anyone who needs appliances.

Cannot say enough good things about Appliances Club, Amir and his team have always taken such good care of us. Whenever we need to replace our appliances, he’s my first call. From the very beginning, we received highly personalized attention and support throughout our kitchen renovation process. Amir patiently accommodated all our requests, including generously providing complimentary layaway services for nearly two months. He also helped us exchange an open-box microwave for a brand-new unit due to a cabinet measurement issue on our contractor’s end — something that was completely outside his responsibility, yet he still stepped in to help make things right for us. We purchased several high-end appliances from this location, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking range, and range hood, and every interaction was smooth, professional, and pleasant thanks to Amir. Amir is absolutely wonderful! So very helpful, informative and patient with all of my questions. Took time to get me information and pricing for various models until I was able to land on the perfect set for my needs. Highly recommend!
