I used FBS out of Austin, Texas. Showroom was great. The sales representative Jared was extremely helpful. The installation team David and Joey were over the top. We were last install on their truck and they insisted on coming and finishing the job. We waited there for them and they were extremely careful at how they took our refrigerator, washer, dryer , range, microwave and dishwasher up the stairs, which was an extremely difficult situation. They were very professional. Their attitude was amazing. They were cheerful, even though it was a very tough job. Couldn’t Have been more pleased with David and Joey. They finally got done at 10 PM hung with it to the end and we had our appliances up and running so I would highly recommend anybody going to FBS showroom and requesting David and Joey to do their installs

Karin Johnson was absolutely amazing! When my purchasing team accidentally changed the job schedule date, she stepped in right away and worked quickly to get everything rescheduled. Thanks to her responsiveness and dedication, we were able to keep the homeowner happy and ensure the repairs stayed on track. We had a great experience here while selecting appliances for our kitchen remodel. The showroom itself is beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. Walking through the different kitchen displays was inspiring and helped us visualize what we wanted for our own space. Even the fresh flowers around the showroom were a lovely touch and made it feel welcoming. Jenna was especially wonderful to work with. From the start, she was warm and approachable, and she took time to understand both our design goals and our budget. She never made us feel rushed, and instead helped us narrow down options that felt high-end, functional, and perfect for our kitchen. Her knowledge and attention to detail made the process feel easy and enjoyable. We left feeling confident in our selections and excited about our remodel. Highly recommend this store!
