I purchased a washer and dryer for my son, and the entire process was incredibly easy—all through text messages. Wesam, the salesperson who assisted me, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He made the purchasing process simple and stress-free. He sent me a link to apply for financing options, and it took less than five minutes to complete. We quickly scheduled a delivery date and time that worked for me. Yesterday, my washer and dryer were delivered. The service technician installed everything and made sure both appliances were working properly before leaving. I am very happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received.

Julian is the best fellow. Knows his inventory always willing to go the extra mile and his teammate Louise delivered on time when he said going to deliver. We had an emergency and they made it happen in the same day. I am a little sad that they’re no longer at the airport Boulevard location but the I 35 location which is at the back of the furniture market spot is not far and you can get to it from Lamar I’ll be back and I’m grateful that they came through yet again. I had a great experience purchasing my washer through Omar as well. Very helpful and understanding. They also gave me a free one-year warranty for my washer!!! don’t hesitate to buy!!!! 😁
