Zero stars. We purchased a new stainless steel refrigerator but didn’t close on our house for 6 months. I stayed in touch via text the entire time. When we were finally ready for delivery, they brought the wrong fridge, it wasn’t even stainless, it was white. (Thankful I took pictures.) Turns out they sold the one we paid for and never informed us it needed to be picked up or it would be resold. The only replacement option was $700 more. Now, a year and a half later, the fridge has stopped working and there's no warranty or support. Terrible experience from start to finish. As soon as my husband pull up to this place I had that feeling! Drive on past and go to Lowe's!

Found a listing on Craigslist for a French door refrigerator at a great price. Says free delivery and 3 month warranty. Unfortunately the fridge doesn't get below 54° so now I have a whole fridge of ruined food. Oh and the warranty? If you live inside Austin limits they will come out, otherwise you have bring it to them. No easy feat when you have to disassemble it to get it through the door and borrow a truck to haul it. Terrible customer service and no solution to my problem. I paid for a broken machine. Update on our broken fridge: had a repair shop come out to service the fridge and when he opened it up and showed me the fan it was completely seized up and rusty. He said there is no way that anyone looked at this thing and thought it was working. Said we got ripped off.
